Shipping policy
Shipping Schedule & Cut-Off Times
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are scheduled as follows:

Orders placed before 8:00 AM – Shipped on the same business day.

Orders placed after 8:00 AM – Shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays – Processed on the next business day.
Default Courier
All orders are shipped via J&T Express, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are included in the total invoice and are based on J&T Express’s standard rates, which depend on your package’s weight and dimensions.
Alternative Shipping Options
If you prefer another courier such as JRS, LBC, Grab, Angkas, or Lalamove, we’re happy to accommodate your request. However, any additional costs beyond our standard shipping rate will be charged to the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Please note the following:

Order Confirmation Required: You will receive an SMS within 24 hours to confirm your order. We will only proceed with shipping once your confirmation is received. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

Prepare Exact Amount: Please have the exact payment ready upon delivery, as couriers may not carry change.

Receiver’s Presence Required: Ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries: Refused or failed COD deliveries may result in suspension of COD privileges for future orders.
Order Processing
We process orders only on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.
