Refund & Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, ensure that:
1. The item is unwashed, clean, and free from any damage.
2. The original tags are still attached.
3. The item does not fit or has a manufacturing defect.
4. The return request is initiated within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date as provided by the courier tracking system.
5. The return shipping fee is covered by you, the buyer.
6. Clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items will be clearly marked with ribbons labeled 'Clearance Sale' or 'Clearance.'
7. Undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Important Notice: Care Instructions & Color Transfer
To maintain product quality, we include care instructions for every item. We especially emphasize:
- Washing dark-colored items separately
- Hand washing on the first wash to avoid excess dye transfer
- Avoiding mixing light and dark garments
⚠️ Please note that returns or refunds due to color transfer, dye bleeding, or fabric damage caused by incorrect washing or mixing colors are not covered under our return and exchange policy.
We encourage all customers to carefully follow the care guidelines provided with each item to preserve fabric quality and prevent issues.
Process for Returns and Refunds
1. Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process. Provide your order number and specify the reason for the return, whether it is due to sizing, defects, or dissatisfaction with quality.
✔ Dissatisfaction with quality applies only to manufacturing defects or significant differences from the product description. Slight color variations due to screen settings do not qualify.
✔ If you received a wrong item or damaged product due to transit, MARI will cover the return shipping cost.
2. Ship Back the Item
Once your return is approved, send the item back to the provided address. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. MARI reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Item Inspection
Upon receipt, MARI will inspect the item to confirm that all return conditions are met. If the item does not qualify, the return may be denied, and the product will be sent back to you.
4. Refund Issuance
If approved, a refund will be processed to your preferred payment method once the funds have cleared, especially for credit card transactions. Refunds cover the item cost only; transaction fees (if any) charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
Exchanges
✔ Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
✔ Customers may opt to repurchase the correct size and return the original item for a refund.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
✔ Clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items will be clearly marked with ribbons labeled "Clearance Sale" or "Clearance."
✔ Undergarments are final sale, meaning they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
